2nd Grade Teacher

I received a Bachelor's Degree and Kindergarten Endorsement from Ball State University Class of 1998.

The 2018-19 school year will be the start of my 20th year in Elementary Education.   I taught 5th grade and Kindergarten at Suder Elementary and Kindergarten at Lake City Elementary starting in 1999 within the Clayton County School System.  In 2002, I started teaching Kindergarten at New Manchester Elementary.  I moved to 1st grade in 2012 at New Manchester Elementary within the Douglas County School System.  This year is my 3rd year with Carroll County Schools at Glanton-Hindsman Elementary, where I will teach 2nd grade.

I live in the Villa Rica community with my husband, Keith, and son Levi.  Levi is in 5th grade.  We love to do things as a family.  We ride bikes, take trips to the beach and mountains, go to football games and spend as much time together as we can.  One of our hobbies is taking care of our animals.  We have dogs, sheep, and a donkey.  My favorite thing about living on a ranch is there is never a dull moment!
