My name is Brandi Parmer and I am a graduate of Villa Rica High School and the University of West Georgia. After college, I immediately began my professional career as an educator with Liberty County Schools, outside of Savannah, GA. After teaching for 2 years near Savannah, I transferred to Douglas County where I taught first grade. My goal as a young professional has been to return to the Carroll County School System as an educator. I believe in the power of community and am elated to begin my fourth year as a Wildcat at Glanton-Hindsman Elementary!
As a life-long learner, I strive to share this passion with the students I'm blessed to teach. I value each student and their story. I believe in strong character education. I value their personalities and incorporate that into our daily learning. I strive for a classroom environment that is positive and encouraging with peers. I want the students to learn how to build the skills it takes to collaborate effectively with others. My hope for each child leaving my room is to know their value and potential.
